KN95GPO’s stated goal is the purchase and delivery of a minimum of 1,000,000 FDA, CDC and NIOSH approved N95 respirator masks to our membership base. Each various level of membership entitles you and/or your organization to a corresponding percentage of the 1,000,000 N95 respirator masks that we purchase.
Example: Let us assume that the total landed cost (TLC) of each N95 is $5.00 usd. This includes
manufacturing, packaging, delivery to Port, origination Port charges, shipping charges, destination Port charges, U.S. Customs fees, warehousing fees (if shipping by sea), transport costs from destination warehouse to California warehouse facility and finally door-to-door delivery to your location. To minimize delivery time we may, depending on volume, air express drop-ship your product directly at your location. If you choose this option, additional airfreight charges will apply and must be paid prior to shipment. DHL, FedEx, UPS and other air express and air freight shippers have substantially increased the cost of air express… if you choose the air express/air freight door-to-door delivery option, additional expenses will be incurred.
Next: Let us assume that you and/or your organization want to assume 5% or 50,000 N95 respirators.
Your membership fee would be $250,000 usd. If you choose 1% of the supply or 10,000 pieces, your membership fee will be $50,000 usd.
KN95GPO’s power is in the financial strength of the collective. Since our objective is to allow smaller purchasers to enjoy the same purchasing power of large organizations, we will accept memberships as small as 0.125% of the supply or 1,250 N95 respirators. Membership fee in this case is $6,250 usd
Membership fees are paid as a single one-time payment or in two equal parts if you prefer. If you choose the latter, the first part of your membership is due when you initially join the KN95GPO group. The balance of your membership is due and paid prior to beginning factory and production run and shipment of the N95 respirator masks. There is a 100% refund policy if your membership request is withdrawn or cancelled prior to placing the initial manufacturing order and the beginning of production. No questions asked… but your request must be before the start of manufacturing your percentage of the production.
All membership funds are held In an escrow account. Your membership fees are wired directly into USPGI Bank of America Escrow Account. An Account Representative manages membership funds independently. They are more than willing to answer any of your questions concerning membership escrow deposits.
Under current Federal guidelines, Healthcare providers, First responders and those on the front lines have priority access to these critical needs products. USPGI KN95GPO has expanded and extended membership application to include small entities and individual in healthcare who need to provide their own protective supplies. As a large or small organization, collective group or individual in a critical care position… WELCOME!
Membership fees are accessed on a project-by-project basis. Each project lasts approximately 30 – 60 days and terminates when your percentage of products is delivered or when you withdraw your membership fees prior to the beginning of project manufacturing production.
